Questions
What people ask first
Can I just walk in?
Yes, every day we are open. Give your name at the counter and we tell you the wait. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.
How do I book?
Choose a time on the booking page, or call us. Booked clients keep their time, so your technician starts when you arrive.
How long does a set take?
A new set takes about 90 minutes and a fill about 60. Art adds time; we tell you how much before we start.
What is the difference between gel polish, dip, acrylic and soft-gel?
Gel polish is a thin colored layer cured under a lamp. Dip is colored powder over your own nail. Acrylic and soft-gel build length and shape. Ask at the table and we will show you each.
Do I need to book removal?
If your nails were done somewhere else, yes: book removal first so we have the time to take it off gently. Please do not pull off gel or acrylic yourself.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Show it at the counter or text it to us, and we will tell you the time and what it needs.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a week and we will look at it with you.
How do you clean your tools?
We clean and disinfect metal tools between clients and run them through an autoclave. Each client gets a new file and buffer.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
Yes. Children need an adult beside them, and kids' manicures are for ages 6 to 12.
How does pricing work?
Prices show on the booking page and at the counter. They depend on length, shape, product, art and removal.
How does tipping work?
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your technician at the counter or when you book.
